SZL Holdings — Governance MCP Gateway v3

Doctrine v6 — no superlatives. 15 governance tools. Every number resolves to a CI log, Lean proof, or Zenodo DOI.

v3 adds the MCP-as-Governance-Gateway layer: any MCP-compatible AI client (Claude, Cursor, GPT) can route its responses through gateway_attest and get a DSSE-signed receipt + Pramana epistemic classification.
